Our Mission To demystify that Yoga is only for bendy and flexible people by creating a supportive environment with caring and passionate teachers

We have an inclusive and supportive Yoga Community and we welcome everyone to join us. We know from experience what a big step it can be to come through the door and practice for the first time, and if you talk with any of our members they will all tell you about their first practice….. and they will encourage you to come back as soon as you can!

We use FAR-infrared radiant heat panels which is a completely safe form of naturally occurring energy that uses direct light conversion to heat the body directly rather than the air around it.  We have a wooden floor to practice on - so there are no smelly carpet smells. Our team of dedicated karma cleaners work hard to ensure you come to a fresh clean space for each practice.

With a variety of classes and times available to fit with your schedule, all of our classes are suitable for beginners right through to seasoned Yogi’s, no matter your age, level of fitness or Yoga experience we all come to our mats for the love of Yoga.
