I was born and raised in Southern California, where I lived in Orange County and Los Angeles. I first practiced yoga in 2009 after many years of dance.
I was immediately drawn to the mental and physical healing properties that the yoga practice offers. Though many things came up and I was often distracted from doing yoga, I always found my way back to my mat. After practicing consecutively for 2 years, I began to feel an undeniable positive shift of peace and clarity in all aspects of my life.
I felt called to begin my journey to become an instructor and enrolled at the Kaya Yoga Remedy 200 Hour Yoga School in Huntington Beach, CA. Under the guidance of extremely knowledgeable and talented instructors, I completed my training with a strong emphasis in Iyengar yoga. I then completed another 50 hour training focusing on Vinyasa and Yin yoga and I immediately began teaching both Vinyasa and Iyengar classes weekly to students of all walks of life.
My goal is to guide students safely and effectively through their own unique yoga journey and to help them to receive the amazing transformational benefits that yoga has to offer.
